Scepter's technology, software, and services may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You agree not to access, download, use, or export any content from this Site in violation of applicable U.S. export control laws or regulations, or any other applicable law. Before filing any claim in court, you agree to contact Scepter at legal@scepterair.com to seek an informal resolution. The parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue claims in court as provided in Section 10.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scepter with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
